When I was younger, our economy was in a recession. While others were hiding their cash, placing their heads in the sand, I was a CONSUMER. I bought everything! Shoes? I probably had 100 pairs of shoes, and some shoemaker in South Carolina (yes they made shoes in S.C.) was thanking me . It made no difference whether I needed them, or not. I would joke to my friends that it was my mission to spur the economy, and I took that mission seriously.

Today, we are faced with a similar situation with our economy. It is up to each of us to do whatever it takes to spur our economy. It is not just the job of government, or one single person. Take action, and take control! Be the solution to the problem, share the wealth, and you too will receive riches beyond your dreams.

1) In terms of economic climate – it is at the worst point in 27 years, yes it is extremely shaky. SOLUTION: Generate business. This is the stimulus the economy needs. New business. Renewed vigor and enthusiasm.

2) President Obama promises change and I am sure he will do all he can to bring it about. But it takes more than government intervention to create change. SOLUTION: You be the change you wish to see in the world (Mahatma Gandhi). Don’t wait for change to happen. You are the stimulus for change. You must first change to see change.

3) Which business is a good business? SOLUTION: A business that is stable track record and can cut your paychecks every week and every month; without fail. The time has come to get off the fence and into the arena. You can’t play this game of business unless you are in the arena! That’s where the action is. You’ve got to get down and get dirty.

4) How can I be sure? SOLUTION: Winning in business is no guarantee. But as an entrepreneur, you take a close look at the market trend, the company’s track record, growth curve, the demand and supply of your product, a solid compensation plan and you’ve got a winner. 5) I know you are asking yourself, “How about me? Can I make it? SOLUTION: There’s nobody who really can’t make it in business if they are taught the principles of business and understand how to blend mindset, skill set and a kick butt marketing plan (stir in a good helping of leadership & a don’t give up attitude). Nothing on this planet can beat that recipe. No one can keep a champion down! And that CHAMPION is you!
